Every answer cites its source, and the Brain can only read. It never sends an email, changes a record, or takes any action on its own. Each client is walled off in a separate tenant, so nothing of yours ever touches another company.
Protected in writing, not just a promise
Before we load a single document we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement, plus a business associate agreement where health data is involved. Sensitive personal records and privileged material stay out of the Brain entirely.
